[Poe laughed, then reached out to grab Bodhi's wrist and pull him
around the corner.]
Yeah, yeah. [He came to a stop, and there, in her full glory, was a
little four-seater sea plane.
It was, however, a dark steel grey with a great big orange stripe down the
side and wings, because that's just who he was. He grinned, wide and proud,
and then looked at Bodhi.]
Damn right, you a--oof! [The breath leaves him in a woosh, but then
he's laughing and hugging Bodhi back. Might be holding on a little too
long, and might be smiling a little too stupidly just out of Bodhi's
peripheral vision. Flying has always been the best feeling in the world,
for him, but a part of him - tensed up in his chest and leaking out his
smile and crinkling his eyes and making his grip stronger - realises that
this feels even better.]

Well? What do you think?

She's fantastic. Are we taking her up, over the water?

You're taking her up, bud. [He stepped closer, fishing in his pockets and holding out the keys.]
I'm just coming along for the ride.

Thank you.

You're welcome, bud.
